Our story
IdeaVault Studio was born out of a frustration every creator knows: you have a flash of insight — in a meeting, on a walk, scrolling through research — and by the time you sit down to act on it, it is gone. We were a small product team drowning in sticky notes, Slack bookmarks, and Google Docs labeled "Ideas (FINAL) v3." We tried every note-taking app on the market. They were great at capturing, terrible at connecting, and hopeless at converting raw thoughts into something a team could actually execute on.
So we built IdeaVault Studio — a workspace that captures ideas wherever they happen, deduplicates them automatically, and transforms the strongest ones into structured briefs that plug straight into your project management workflow.
